Managers: Timesheets & Compliance Reporting
Time-tracking is a key compliance metric and is included in reports for Federal and State grant funding. Non-compliant payroll cannot be "tagged" to grants, and therefore results in lost funds.
So, what does this all mean? Well,
- All staff must submit their hours for the previous week via their timesheet by EOD each Tuesday.
- Staff can only submit hours worked for time that has passed. An exception is to submit time off in advance (vacation, jury duty, etc.).
- All managers must approve their staff members' timesheets for the previous week by EOD each Wednesday.
