Pay Statements - Access Electronic Pay Statements
No matter what payment election you've signed up for — direct deposit or Aline debit card with checks — you can view your payslips at any time. This makes it easier to access your information when you need it!
NOTE: To access payslips from 2013, you must log-in to iPay. To register for an iPay account, follow the steps listed below.
Accessing Payslips in Workday (Effective 3/11/2024)
- Log-in to Workday.
- Click on Menu on the top left corner.
- Click on the Benefits and Pay icon.
- Under Pay, choose Payments.
- From this screen, you will be able to view and print your payslips.

How to Access Older ADP iPay Statements
- Go to iPay.
- Click on “Register Now”.
- Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code which is: TEACHFORAM-123 (case sensitive) Please type not copy & paste.
- Select iPay Statements as the self-service product.
- From your most recent pay statement, enter the following info (the system will show you exactly where you can find this information on your pay stub):
- Company Code
- File Number (enter exactly as it appears on your pay statement)
- Social Security number
- Pay Date or Advice Date
- Check/Voucher or Advice Number (enter exactly as it appears on your pay statement)
You will then be prompted to complete a registration process during which you must answer a few security questions and select a password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. You will be assigned a system generated User ID. The security questions will be used to verify your identity if you ever forget your user ID or password.
